Lacey cannot talk but she interacts through her facial expressions. She has a beautiful smile and she raises her arm when she is having a really good time. She was diagnosed with neurodevelopmental delays and congenital cardiopathy. She eats by feeding tube. Due to having an accelerated heart rate she doesn't gain weight. She loves music!
