Phoenix has been in an institution his whole life and doesn’t remember his family. Time is running out for Phoenix to find a forever family. He is 14 and will no longer be eligible for adoption when he turns 16.
When asked if there was something he wanted people to know about him, he said he knows his past is behind him and his future is ahead of him.
He speaks a little English and told us that it is his favorite class in school along with Math. He likes all food, and likes to draw, color, bake, and read. He is creative, resourceful, motivated, and talented.
He told us that he wants to be a computer Engineer when he grows up.
He loves to sing about anything and everything!
When Phoenix learned we were coming to meet him he wore his favorite suit coat. He hopes to be a computer engineer when he grows up. He loves all things electronic and computers.
