Bria is a cute little girl, born with Down syndrome and strabismus. Bria likes people and likes to have the attention on her. Her attention span is rather short. Bria has significant motor delays and uses a wheelchair to get around. We have no doubt that she would absolutely thrive in a loving family with access to better care and resources.
