Azul has such a sweet smile. He bonded with us immediately when we met him. He ran into the arms of Brady from our group and asked him to play. We noticed that he loves music and was able to use the camera on our phone. His care takers told us that he follows instructions and works appropriately in tasks such as coloring, playing with blocks, looking at pictures in books, cutting, etc. He loved it when we pushed him around on his scooter in the orphanage. He has good relationships with adults and peers in the school. He can be resistant to rules at times. He is able to give and receive affection. His gross motor skills are according to age and his fine motor skills are in development. Azul would do so well in a loving family. Please consider if this sweet boy is meant to join yours.
