Lucio is an adorable young boy who has a developmental and cognitive delay. He likes to play outdoors, play with colorful toys, big puzzle pieces and balls. He likes to play with musical instruments like drums, tambourines and maracas. Lucio continues to grow and develop well and we know he will thrive in a loving family with access to the resources he needs.
