Ray's caregiver has taken care of him since he was 6 months old and has made a scrapbook for him. He smiles at hearing her voice. He is a happy boy and likes voices and music. Ray has brain paralysis, sleep apnea, and can’t swallow. Has a feeding tube, neurological developmental delays, and wide white spots/scars in his brain.
