William is a sweet seven year old boy who has cerebral palsy and developmental delays. He is shy at first. He loves music and one of his favorites songs is We Don’t Talk About Bruno, which he likes to dance along to. He smiles and claps when he listens to it. He has a strong attachment with the foster mom and with the extended family. When he feels comfortable around people, he moves in his beds and tries to communicate. He has been living in the same foster home since he was a baby.
