Brock is eight years old. He has cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus and neurodevelopmental delays. Brock likes to play, he is sociable and open to interacting with others. He tries to say some words, he can say no with his head, he smiles, points at the things he wants. He doesn’t walk. Brock has continued to develop and grow. Brock deserves to be in a loving home and family who can nurture and love him. He has a light to share with the world.
